These Terms govern the use of the globalsolutionfpr.com site and the services offered by Globalsolutionfpr LLC. By using the site, you accept these conditions.

1. Provider identity

Globalsolutionfpr LLC, organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, with registered office at 239 Ave. Arterial Hostos, Hato Rey, San Juan, PR 00918, EIN 47-3920184.

2. Purpose

Guidance and preparation of administrative, tax and social case files. We are not a government agency nor do we represent the Treasury Department, IRS, FEMA, HUD or USDA.

3. Fees

The initial consultation and eligibility verification are free of charge. Fees for contracted services are agreed in writing before starting, with a clear breakdown and no hidden commissions.

4. Client obligations

Provide truthful information and authentic documentation, communicate relevant changes and respect deadlines. Document falsehoods are the client's sole responsibility.

5. Limitation of liability

We do not guarantee favorable agency outcomes. Our liability is limited to reasonable professional diligence and, in any case, to the amount paid for the specific service.

6. Intellectual property

Site content, trademarks, logos and materials are protected by Puerto Rico and federal copyright law. Their reproduction without authorization is prohibited.

7. Cancellations and refunds

You may cancel an ongoing service with 48 hours' notice; the unperformed portion will be refunded. Completed services are non-refundable.

8. Dispute resolution

Before any legal action, the parties will attempt a 30-day good-faith negotiation. Competent jurisdiction is the Court of First Instance of San Juan, without prejudice to federal consumer rights.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. The version in force is the one published on this site. We will notify material changes before they take effect.
